Conference Tours

Each evening the hospitality suite will be open for our guests to socialize and enjoy some conference beverages. 

​The conference will kick off with a reception on Thursday evening.

Saturday, Sept. 30

A full day of professional development in both English and French is planned for Saturday.

CFWF and ACRA will run a concurrent open meeting over breakfast.

 Morning Sessions

  • Public Relations – Perspectives on agricultural communications.
  • Brexit, Trumponomics, and the changing face of trade.

Afternoon Sessions

  • Vive la difference – what makes Quebec agriculture different.
  • Cake & a quiz – in the Ciel revolving restaurant on top of the hotel.

On Saturday evening, we'll host the Banquet and Awards Ceremony.

Friday, Sept. 29

Participants will select one of the tour options below during the registration process.

Option 1 – La Beauce: Entrepreneurial Production 
Option 2 – Île d’Orléans & “Produit Terroir » 
Option 3 – Québec Technopole 

After the tours, join us for an informal reception at Hôtel Le Concorde, sponsored by Ville de Québec.

On Friday evening, enjoy a Night on the Town

Dinner will be at Quebec City’s finest restaurants in groups by reservation

Thursday, Sept, 28

Participants have the option to arrive early and join one of the pre-tours. These can be added during the registration process.

Option 1 - The Essence of Quebec Agriculture bus tour (all day)
Option 2 - Quebec City by Bike (half day)
Option 3 - Do your own thing. Click HERE for touristy things to do in
                        ​Quebec City for the day. (free)

On Thursday evening, join us for the opening reception at Hôtel Le Concorde at 7pm
